Have you ever wondered why so many runners have frequent pasta parties and how you can get invited to one? No? Well, me neither until I got to go to a pasta party and let me tell you, it was GLORIOUS! In this week’s episode we’ll go a bit deeper into some things to consider when running. Now, as always, these are my experiences and I had a trainer put together a schedule that allowed me to run quicker and longer! I did not become a runner over night and it took years of training where now it’s almost second nature, so bear that in mind as you listen to how runners improve their running!
